The property accommodates 4 young professionals; one person each to a private and secure guest room. We maintain the same price throughout the year so regardless of when you visit you will find excellent value at this property. Living in a Co-Habit property is a great opportunity to enjoy a premium living experience in a safe and friendly neighbourhood, be close to transit, and meet other young professionals. A Co-Habit experience allows you to live in great surroundings where the common rooms are shared however your personal space is seceded and secure. Co-Habit living is a very different shared accommodation experience, most of our young professionals have been in residence for 2 years or more and have enjoyed the amenities (heat, electricity, water, onsite free laundry, internet and cable), and appreciate the excellent value they receive for their rental fee. Private guestrooms are tastefully and comfortably furnished, with the common areas also beautifully decorated and maintained. Co-Habit living, is a great way to experience the City, meet new friends and conserve funds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property including: - Private guestroom with desk, closet, dresser, queensize bed, bed and bath linens - Shared bathroom with one other person - Completely equipped kitchen - Dining room - Living room - Media room - Laundry room - 2nd Bathroom - Parking for one auto in driveway - Cable tv, internet, heat, air conditioning, water, electricity During your stay Guests are self managing. We are within a 10 minute drive as needed. Other things to note This is a lovely property with great guests in residence; some of whom have lived at with us at other properties for over two years. These are all working professionals, clean, quiet, discreet, happy to meet people and make new friends. Please note that this property is a co-habited property. There are items that we have total control over such as communication, arrival and departures, pricing, furniture and furnishings, and the winter and summer lawn maintenance. However as it is a co-habited property we are only responsible for the cleanliness of the actual guest room that one inhabits. The guests share responsibility for the cleaning of the common areas.
