Internet and phone service can be spotty at times. - This home receives water via a well. Due to the high mineral content in our area, this water smells and tastes different than city water. Though the water is safe to drink, those who are accustomed to city water may wish to bring bottled water for drinking. - This home is on a private septic system. To ensure proper function, please flush toilet paper only. Do not flush items such as wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or other materials, as they can cause damage or backups. - The gas fireplace on the screen porch is not available for use. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, with the exception of a locked owner’s closet. Beach access is 0.5 miles away and is shared with the Glenn Shores neighborhood. Guests are kindly asked to be respectful of the shared beach and to pick up after themselves to ensure that all residents can enjoy this amenity.
