A modest house with private pool in small quaint neighborhood on the west end of Laguna Beach. **POOL IS NOT HEATED The space Our place is located two blocks from the beach. A five minute walk or short bike ride to public beach access at the end of the road. 4 bikes are included with rental. The house is one story, open floor plan and no stairs. The living, dining and fully equipped kitchen flow together nicely. There are three bedrooms. One with a King, one with a Queen and one with two twins. The room with the King and the living room have tv's with HD. There is a DVD player in the living room. Books for rainy days. There are two bathrooms. One in the room with King bed. It offers a shower/tub combo. The other is in the hallway, it offers a walk in shower. You have your own private pool with tanning shelf and a small yard in the back. On side of house there's an outdoor shower with hot and cold water to rinse off sand. You have access to the garage with automatic garage door to store your belongings. In the garage is a washer and dryer. 4 backpack chairs and cooler to use while there. *There is a golf cart for use. But only with a signed waiver. It will be emailed separately as Airbnb does not handle waivers. *The POOL IS NOT HEATED in the winter. **Spring breakers please do not inquire unless 25 or older. Guest access You can access the house/garage and outdoor pool area. Other things to note Our check out time is 10am. To ensure the house gets properly cleaned for the next guest we ask that you check out on time. The pool is not heated in the winter. We do not allow early check ins. There are 2 security cameras. One on the driveway and one on the walkway to front door. There are NO cameras inside the house or out back.
