Large furnished room with private entrance + private bathroom within spacious Hollywood home, just minutes from Miami & Miami Beach. Home faces beautiful canal, park and Tri-Rail Station. Ideal for S. Florida visitors. Two blocks from I-95! Fits up to four guests. The space This is a spacious bedroom with a private entrance and a private bathroom. You'll enjoy a great view of the front of the house from the room's main window. You'll also have access to the main house through the door that leads into the kitchen. The private entrance is just steps from the driveway, where you can park for free and there is always plenty of parking space. If you park on the left side of the house, you'll be able to come in and out of your room very conveniently. Enjoy a comfortable night's sleep on either a Queen-size bed with a new memory foam mattress, or a Full-Size bed with a new memory foam mattress for extra comfort. The room has elegant Brazilian Chestnut wood floors that are soft and smooth on your feet. There is a small table near the kitchenette where you can work on your laptop. At this time, this the only room in my house that has its own small refrigerator, for additional privacy and convenience. The bathroom walls are made of marble. Quite soft and elegant. Enjoy free cable TV on a 32-inch TCL Roku Smart television. Guest access My house is large, with seven bedrooms and other common areas. I have multiple rooms listed on AirBnB, as well as two roommates. Depending on my bookings, there could be several different AirBnB groups staying at my home. Each group will have their own private bedroom. As a guest in my home, you will have access to the shared common areas of the home, such as the Living Room, Patio Room, Kitchen, Backyard and Laundry Room. Because the house is so large, it never feels crowded. During your stay Since I work from home, I am usually available to help my guests with any requests. I enjoy giving guests a tour of the home, as the home is quite large. My roommates, Gustavo and Pankaj live at my home and are also available to help guests with any requests. Gus and I are both fluent in English and Spanish. I was born and raised in Miami so I know this town very well and can provide great recommendations. Other things to note My home is one of the largest in Hollywood, Florida, with almost 4,000 square feet of space. There are seven different rooms. Five of these are listed on AirBnB.
