The outdoor has ample decking and lawns for lounging, tanning, swimming, sporting and enjoying the Montauk breeze. Three of bedrooms are large with high ceiling. Master has an en suite bathroom with a walkin shower, other bedrooms share a bathroom with a soaking tub. The third bath is an outdoor shower with hot water. There is also a half bath on first floor. The 4th bedroom is in the basement and does not have a window. The 5th bedroom is also in the basement but gets great light, has a separate entrance, it’s own kitchen and a private full bathroom. Other things to note Monthly rentals (4 weeks or more) are charged weekly carrying costs (cleaning, trash removal, grass cutting, pool and spa cleaning, etc.)
