This older home has been updated yet retains its charm with a large, lovely yard to relax in after your full day at the beach, a large sunny porch, a front deck with a peek of the ocean, and a backyard patio with a barbecue and outdoor seating.  The master bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a full bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. PLEASE NOTE: the third bedroom has a twin and a trundle. There is an updated kitchen with dining area, a lovely living room with a fireplace and flat screen TV, and a laundry room with washer and dryer. This cottage is located across the street from a dog friendly beach. One dog is allowed to stay at the cottage with the payment of a $50 non-refundable pet fee that will be charged once the booking is confirmed. Within a few blocks from a Starbucks, East Cliff Brewery, the Sunday Farmer's market and several restaurants, this location is one of the best in Santa Cruz!!  Pleasure Point provides all the benefits of the quintessential California beach life, from the dog-friendly beaches to the host of dining options catering to all culinary tastes. A quick 10 minute drive to the Boardwalk and Capitola Village, yet tucked away on a quiet street just steps from the beach.  Only 40 minutes from San Jose International Airport and 1 ½ hours south of San Francisco.  Monterey, Cannery Row, the famous Monterey Bay Aquarium and beautiful Pebble Beach and Carmel are only a 30 to 45 minute drive south.  The options are endless!
