The space Casa Blauth is pure charm, built in 1930 to house two families of German immigrants and a family winery. The building consists of two twin residences, one is the owner's house and the other is this rental space affectionately called the Studio. The space is spacious, airy and cozy, with high ceilings and wooden floors, and lots of natural lighting. The architecture of this house enchants. It has an environment of two integrated living rooms and a kitchen where each German-style window opens to a beautiful view The kitchen is complete and equipped, and the two bedrooms are comfortable for a couple. In addition, it has a living room/bedroom with many closets and a single bunk bed, which can accommodate two more people. In this room is the access to the main bathroom with a gas shower. We have some books, art magazines and games to ensure moments of leisure and rest at home. In winter, diesel heating makes these moments even more comfortable. You can stroll through the gardens or the locality and walk to Blauth Bier, Armazém do Desvio and Vinheria Montaneus. The proximity to the Vale dos Vinhedos, the Caminhos de Pedra and the Salto Ventoso Waterfall makes Desvio Blauth a strategic location for those who want to discover the charms of this part of the Serra Gaucha. Guest access The house is situated on a plot of land with access to the countryside and a reservoir, where you can interact with some horses, sheep and domestic animals. We have a rustic shed with a barbecue/grill that can be used by guests, it is necessary to schedule the use. Other things to note Our house has heating in all rooms, which ensures total comfort to enjoy the beauty and charm of the Serra Gaucha in winter. In addition, we will offer all the linens and great covers. Casa Blauth is next door to our house, however, guests' privacy is fully assured.
