Fall asleep to the waves and wake up to a stunning view of water and mountains. This fully stocked unit is the north side of a duplex which is a downstairs studio that sleeps 4 people (two on a queen bed and two on a sofa bed that is brand new). Just 15 minutes from the Clinton ferry terminal, you will find a secluded slice of perfection! The house is directly on the water with stunning views of the mountains and sound. Sit under your umbrella at your patio table and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Again, you will have to walk in to the site which is about 1/3 of a mile but that means no traffic, no cars, no buses, only the occasional golf cart going by. Safer for kids and pets. Pets are always welcome. And a reminder the studio is the downstairs portion of a duplex so there may be people upstairs and to the other side of the duplex. They are friendly and quiet and run the Airbnb. Sandy and Korrine. There may be available at times two kayaks and life vests. For children there is a sand area to play in and there is a kid’s swing set in the backyard. We are always available by phone or text. Very often we are in the duplex next door. The property is on a walk in path so there are no cars to worry about, no traffic to look out for except maybe golf carts traveling on the path. You will need to walk in approximately 1/3 of a mile. We have a black shopping cart and/or a green wagon available at the parking lot for you to use as well. They are located behind the garage and are labeled Beach Walk GetAway. The neighborhood on the walk are extremely friendly and will be happy to help. Only four families live here full time, most come just for weekends or summer. Feel free to walk the path and on the beach anywhere. If possible, we encourage you to bring a flashlight and a cart to transport your items from the community parking lot to the unit (1500ft down the paved pathway). •Please do not use the wood-burning fireplace for your safety. •Please observe that the front yard is shared space. •On check-out, please leave the rubbish in the bins, we’ll take care of it. •On check-out, please strip beds and leave towels and sheets in a pile by the bed. •On check-out, please hand wash dishes and leave them on the counter, we will handle putting them away.
