Our 2400 sq foot home is located behind the gates in historic Mission Hills on the 3rd fairway of the Dinah Shore course. Once you walk in you will see a spacious and open floor plan. The kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, brand new 40" flat screen TV and plenty of closet space. The Master bathroom has dual vanities and large walk-in shower. The second bedroom has its own bathroom with a queen size bed and a twin bed as well as its own flat screen tv. The third bedroom has 4 full size bunk beds able to accommodate all the kids. The living room has a sectional sofa and a 75 inch flat screen TV. The condo floor plan flows making it a great space to entertain and relax. The outdoor patio has a gas grill for outdoor grilling, seating to accommodate dining and star gazing or drink you morning coffee while watching the golfers on the 3rd fairway. There is a separate garage located steps from the unit which has a ping pong table and golf cart available to long term renters.
