Dunes of Panama has 3 pools (one heated in winter), game deck at one pool, 2 tennis courts, basketball hoop, volleyball on the beach, swing set on beach, fitness room, BBQ grills, bar and cafe with convenient store on site. Many restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Right on the beach with chair and umbrella rentals. Jet ski, banana boat, paddle board, etc rentals close by. 5 beach access points with showers. 2 bag chairs, 2 beach chairs, 1 wake board, 2 small boogie boards, 1 large boogie board, 3 noodles, 3 skimming nets, 1 beach umbrella, & kids beach toys for guests use at no charge located inside the condo hallway closet. 6 beach towels also available in condo. Guest access Will have access to entire condo, fitness room, 3 pools, lighted tennis court/basketball hoop, 4 pickleball courts, shuffle board, bar/cafe/convenient store, free WiFi & cable, etc. Other things to note I have a contract I request people to sign prior to their stay. It's just a basic rental contract. I can send to the guests prior to the booking for their review. No resort fees. Free parking.
