Quiet professional and convenient West Oakland

Private, quiet detached guest house in the rear of a restored Italianate Victorian house built in 1876. The guest house is modernized and has a private entrance though a beautiful garden which guests are free to use. It is very romantic as well. A short seven block/ level walk to West Oakland BART Station, one stop to downtown and 25 minutes to the Moscone Center. All new, private designer bathroom, fast internet, large screen TV, California King bed, work area, microwave and refrigerator. The space The guest house is fully modernized with a large window, recessed lighting, bamboo floors, a California King bed, kitchenette and private, designer bathroom. The space has high ceilings and blonde floors, which gives it a modern, light and spacious feel. It is off of a large garden and feels welcoming and private, for a perfect vacation getaway as well. Guest access The guest house is inside a large private, gated back yard with seating areas, plants and an exercise area. Guests are free to use the garden and exercise area, which is generally empty other than occasional use by the house occupants and one shy old cat. Other things to note There is a very very friendly young English Bulldog named Lola who shares the back yard and may be outside for part of the day.
