The neighborhood is right in the middle of Glenwood but located at the top of the street in a Culdesac so it is not a busy road but close to everything. Mountains are close but still get sun coverage throughout the day. This is a great location to be close to everything but not have all the road noise. Corner house and neighbors close but not on top of each other. The house is located 4 blocks from the bus stop. Just Minutes to downtown and grocery stores. The main bus station hub to go anywhere in the valley is 4 blocks away and a very easy walk. Please don't drink and drive with free buses through Glenwood Springs and very little to pay to get to Aspen. Buses can run as late as 2 AM. There is also taxi service throughout the valley. Have Fun
