Beautiful Basement apartment with swimming pool

Our house is located on a quiet street in the southeast end of Barrie. It is a quiet, family-oriented community, very close to the GO station, Barrie Molson Centre and quick access to Hwy 400. The space Access this gorgeous basement apartment via a separate entrance from the main house and check yourself in with the keypad. A totally self-contained space, which comfortably accommodates 2 adults & 2 kids. This beautiful apartment comes with its own full kitchen equipped with fridge, electric stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, cutlery and cookware. So you will feel like you are home away from home. The apartment (walk out basement) has first class amenities including outdoor heated salt-water pool (open during summer season ) backing onto a protected green space. We have even included an iron and board, a blow dryer, and a charging station for your Android or iPhone device. Comfortable living area includes 65 inch TV with Netflix, free wifi , sofa cum bed, computer table, and chairs The spacious bedroom comes complete with a comfortable queen bed. The beautiful 3-piece washroom contains a standing shower. Guests will have full and private access to basement apartment as well as parking for 1 vehicle. Entrance is located to the right of the garage, few steps via a gate. The person renting the unit is responsible to keep the place clean and take care of the furniture & belongings inside. Other things to note * pets not allowed * Strictly No smoking inside the apartment property. * Strictly no consumption or smoking of marijuana ( or similar stuff ) inside the property. * you can use the pool completely at your own risk ( provided it is operational during your stay ) and should sign a liability waiver before you use the pool . We do test the water in the pool regularly, however cannot guarantee the quality of water . You should take adequate safety precautions for yourself and your family members when they are near to the pool. We are not liable for any incidents in regard to the pool. Other things to note Please note the following rules : 1) Please note that bedroom doesn’t have a door separating it from the rest of the apartment. ( Btw , the apartment itself is an independent unit by itself so you will have complete privacy with the owners living upstairs) . 2) Guests not listed in the AirBNB booking will not be allowed to enter the premises without written consent from the owner. 3) The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood with families living around, so no noise please after 8 pm. 4) We live upstairs, even though we try to keep our volume low but there might be slight noise from us walking around. 5) Kindly go through the rules before booking.
