Some are great and some aren't so great. What makes our condo one of the best spots for couples, small families or solo adventurers? - Exclusive pool and hot tub area. A lot of buildings in River Run Village share a single pool in the often crowded Dakota Lodge. That means walking through the village to get to the pool, and walking back and forth every time you need something from your condo. That's not the case here. You have your own exclusive pool and hot tub which guests from other buildings are not allowed access to. It's for Expedition Station guests only. -Ground floor unit with direct access to the courtyard/pool/hot tub. This is an especially important factor for young families where kids want to roam around freely and parents don't need to follow them up and down elevators and down long hallways. And it's also a wonderful perk for anyone else who would rather not trek up and down stairs or take elevator trips every time they want to grab another drink. And this condo is also right down the hall from the common area where there's tons of seating, a large TV and a pool table. It's like having a second living area just outside your condo where kids or friends can hang out not too far from where you're staying. And having a ground floor unit is an advantage especially in summer months when the temperatures can get warm. -NO CONSTRUCTION NOISE. There's a lot of construction going on around the village these days and that's been a major gripe for a lot of guests over the past year. That means early morning noise that lasts late into the afternoon. This condo faces a quiet courtyard far from any construction cranes, while also less than a five minute walk to the gondola. -No festival crowd noise. The summer festivals in Keystone are a lot of fun. But they can also get very loud. People love this condo because it's right there in the village where all the festivals go on. And they also love it because when they want a break from all the noise, all they have to do is go to their condo facing the quiet courtyard where the noise from the festivals is non-existent.
