The space This mountain lake chalet in perfect for every season. Its located 150' north of Lake Harmony and backs to 200 acres of woods. The main living space is open concept, including stocked kitchen with large peninsula, dining room and great room with a gas stone fireplace, and large windows. First floor also includes a master bedroom with SmartTV, full bath and a laundry room. Its bright and cozy with access to the front deck, back deck with grill, and view of the woods for miles. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, an oversized bathroom, a loft with memory foam queen sleeper sofa, smart TV and game table. The basement is an unfinished walkout, and a great spot to drop your skis, snow boards, wet gear, bikes, kayaks etc. after your outdoor excursions. The home backs to over 200 acres of woods and is 150' off Lake Harmony. Quiet and Secluded. There are 3 Smart TVs, 2 decks, a large parking lot and a fire pit. Perfect spot for your family or friends. Guest access Guests have access to the entire 3 story home. There is enough parking for 4 cars and you can walk (0.5 mi.) to several restaurants. Lake is private. There is no direct lake access. Access can be provided via Lake Harmony Inn for a fee. You can drop kayaks -paddle boards at the end of the street. Other things to note Linens are not included but can easily be rented and delivered by Kerry Clean prior to your stay. There are 3 SmartTVs that have Cable, Amazon and Netflix and wifi is available. There is a fire pit for your use in the backyard. Its against the law to burn without the cover on. Please help us protect and respect the woods.
