It's composed with: - 2 bedrooms, - 2 bathrooms; - one kitchen - one terrace with an amazing view. 15 min away by car from the port Val Di Chiesa, and then 5 minutes by walking in a path. Walking across this historic path you reach Casa Falco. You can see a suggestive outside space shaded by the typical reed canopy, gives the access to a big living room and a functional kitchen. The space Along the historic and characteristic path that starts from Val di Chiesa and descends towards the coast you reach Casa Falco della Regina. The house is spread over several levels with a breathtaking view of the Mediterranean Sea. The articulated and suggestive outdoor space shaded by the typical cannizzo gives access to a large living room and a spacious and functional kitchen. The staircase open to the living room leads to the 2 double bedrooms, the first with adjoining bathroom the second with bathroom and wardrobe in the room and direct access to the solarium and a balcony. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and to the terraces of relevance. Other things to note Casa Falco della Regina is located on a hill in Val di Chiesa and to reach it you have to walk along a dirt path for about 5 minutes. For this reason it is not recommended for people with walking difficulties. We also do not recommend extremely large and heavy luggage because it is not possible to tow it.
