The unit is located on 4th floor south-west on the building, not facing the ocean. From inside this very clean unit, you overlook the action on the boardwalk, watch the surfers and even view sailboat regattas. Approximately a 2 minute drive to Belmont Park, a 10 minute drive to Sea World, 15 minutes to the downtown Gas lamp District and the airport! This property requires that all renters be 26 or older.
