Walk into the unit and see a brand new full sized washer and dryer to clean those wet clothes. The closet is also equipped with cleaning supplies to make your stay easier. As you enter the unit appreciate the full sized kitchen equipped with all the essentials to prepare and eat during your stay. The kitchen and living room is an open concept. Walk through and appreciate the breakfast bar on your left and full sized dining set for 6 against the wall. Although it may be hard to see the dining set as you may be distracted by the 70” flat screen TV. The living room is lined with full length windows and doors accessing the large balcony. Now relax on the large sectional and watch the waves or TV. The pull-out queen sized mattress is there ready for use. Walk down the hallway and appreciate the central heat and air for real comfort inside no matter what the weather. At the end of the hall there is a completely renovated bathroom with shower. To the right appreciate the guest room. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed and twin bunk beds. There is also plenty of storage with closet and dresser for guest use. This room is also equipped with a TV with all the amenities as the living space. Walk across the hall to the master suite. There is a completely renovated bathroom with full tub and shower. There are 2 closets. One loaded with linens and supplies for guest use. The other is open for guests to store their needs. Then walk into the bedroom and see a king sized elevated four poster bed with upgraded memory foam mattress. You can lie in the bed and watch the ocean, or stand at the windows that extend the room and see from the ocean to the bay. There is also a TV, again with all the same amenities in this room as well. You can also access the balcony from this room for those private quiet moments. Balcony is large and covered. It is equipped with a small eating area. The condo itself has lots of important amenities. One parking space is reserved after check in. There is also free parking for overflow along the streets next to the condo. The elevator empties almost steps to the entrance to the beach. There is an outdoor shower, outdoor play and eating area as well.
