St. Francis lakeside is a lakefront development with a swimming pool, beach, pier, tennis, large indoor spa(for use during the winter), clubhouse, volleyball court, and various picnic facilities and is adjacent to the public boat launch. Easy access to bike trails and hiking. Very short drive to tahoe city for fine dining, shopping and entertainment. The central location provides an easy drive to ski resorts like squaw valley, alpine meadows and homewood. *parking is limited at this complex. This unit is located just off of lake forest rd. There is a gravel parking pad in front of the unit. You do not enter either of the 2 entrances to the complex.
