Explore the Emerald Isle of the Catskills

It’s been a very busy season hosting small events and back to back stays! I’m enjoying having the chance to freshen and fix up things that happen! There are 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 living rms, and open dining rm. There is a wraparound porch and yard to enjoy the beautiful views in every direction. There is a large fire pit in the middle of the yard and more to discover. The house and land are loved and pet friendly. I strive to keep my price $195 a night and a 1 time $100 cleaning fee! The space This is a three bedroom 2 bathroom home on 10 acres of land with a pond and lovely panoramic views of the catskills. It has a wood stove along with a gas fireplace. The home is Pet friendly. There are paths for walking, a large outdoor fire pit and stone fireplace. The WiFi works very well. There are also 2 queen air mattresses if guests have visitors or would like to have a camping venue or there is a work crew staying for a length of time. Guest access I am available any time for guests needs and happy to make your stay the most enjoyable. I can leave a key in the door on the porch side of the house or inside on the kitchen counter. I also host longer term stays for work jobs and have extra bedding to accommodate work crews and offer a free mid stay clean. Check in and check out are very easy. Other things to note the closest town is Greenville which is less than 10 minutes away. there is gas and a deli in Westerlo but Greenville has a shopping plaza with a supermarket , pharmacies, coffee shops, gas stations live music and restaurants ranging from diners to high end dining. there is also wi for internet. It has been a great place for work crews from out of town needing longer term stays along with a mid term free clean. East Durham hosts many cultural events and is currently filming “A Quiet Place”. The Grey Fox Festival is close as well. There is 1 kayak available. Also the village of Rensslaerville is worth visiting. There are trails starting in the village that take hikers to Myosotis Lake. This is also known as the Hyuck preserve.
