Perfect for families or large groups to enjoy fishing, sunbathing, boating, and more! Rent a boat, bring a boat, use our pedal boat, swim and float in the water, or play lawn games, foosball. 2 Smart TVs and reliable, fast Wifi for indoor relaxing. Suitable for all ages; children & elderly. The space The home has central air, forced heat, 2 gas fireplaces, Roku enabled TVs with basic cable and Wifi. With three full baths in addition to an outdoor shower, you won't have to worry about fighting over the bathroom! The upstairs level is a mid century modern feel with beautiful views of the water and 3 bedrooms. The lower level has a cozy beach house vibe to retreat to when the summer days are too hot and has another kitchen, living room, laundry, bedroom and full bath. When outdoors, enjoy the beautiful patios and fire pit area overlooking the lake. You're on a HUGE 1,000 acre lake, but only a quick 15-20 minute drive to popular attractions like St. Joe, South Haven, wineries and breweries galore. We have internet speeds of 1,200 mbps. With two separate kitchens and kitchen tables, there's a lot of room for kids e-learning and parents to work from home. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property. The lower level can be accessed indoors through the stairs, and also using the gently sloping side lawn as well for those that don't do so well with stairs.
