We have a beautiful waterfront home with its own private beach on Turtle Cove in lovely Sag Harbor. Enjoy gorgeous views from five bedrooms. Large living/dining room with enormous picture windows bringing the outdoors in. Sunsets in the Western sky as you dine, either outdoors on the deck, or from the comfort of our new dining room table and chairs. Spacious and modern kitchen with dining table, spacious open concept family room with vaulted ceiling and large windows and new wood floors. The space Very close to downtown Sag Harbor and beautiful Long Beach. Ocean beaches a short drive. And, if you own a small boat or watercraft, there is a boat launch in the neighborhood. We offer the use of our three kayaks from our private sandy beach. Our home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood on a cul-de-sac, perfect for riding bikes. A short walk to a nearby farm stand offers a large selection of delicacies. Guest access Main living space which consists of open concept eat in kitchen, family room, living room, dining room and two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. Upstairs has three large bedrooms and two full bathrooms, plus washer and dryer. No access to garage. Other things to note No smoking on premises. No parties over 20 people at any time. Small dogs are allowed, pending approval after discussion. Sorry, no cats. Minimum age of primary renter 28 yrs. Maximum occupancy 10 adults
