“Simply Comfy” - Guest Suite, Private Entrance

Simple, SMALL, clean, ADULT ONLY space with private entrance. In the lower section of a split level home with the owners (very quiet) residing above. Located in a very quiet neighborhood and is situated across the street from access to the Crystal River. It is also nicely situated within walking distance (15-20 min walk) to downtown Carbondale. Simply Comfy is the perfect base for exploring the Roaring Fork Valley. *Aspen - 40 min. drive. *Glenwood Springs - 20 min. drive. STR Lic. No. 001700 The space Simply Comfy offers a bedroom with a queen bed, full bath, and a kitchenette (microwave, hot plate, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster) and SMALL sitting area. It has a private entrance as well as a private patio/lounge area where you can enjoy your morning cup of coffee or in the evening a nice glass of wine after grilling your favorite meal. *Note* There are 2 private rentals on this property so please make sure to double check your listing to ensure you’re at the right one. *Sunlight Ski Resort is approx. 30 min. drive *Snowmass Ski Resort is approx. 40 min. drive *Aspen/Highlands/Buttermilk Ski Resorts is approx. 40 min. drive Guest access Simply Comfy is located in a lower section of our split level home and is a self contained guest suite with a private entrance. It has a small side area by the entrance for lounging and relaxing. The parking is on the street in front of Simply Comfy and there is a pathway that leads to the east side of the house where the entrance is. (See picture in listing) We will try to greet you and get you settled in but in the event that we are unable to, there is a lockbox containing the key so you can let yourself in. Once inside, there is a house manual next to the TV that you can refer to regarding the property. Other things to note **Smoking of any kind anywhere on the property is not allowed. Using or possessing marijuana in Simply Comfy or anywhere on the property is not allowed. Failure to comply will result in the loss of security deposit. ** NO MORE THAN 2 ADULT GUESTS. No additional people (friends or family) other than the paying guests are allowed to stay the night in Simply Comfy. Failure to comply will result in loss of security deposit. **Simply Comfy’s use (WiFi, shower, cooking, sleeping, lounging, etc) is for the agreed upon, paying guests only. **NO PETS: We love animals but cannot allow them. Failure to comply will result in the loss of security deposit. **Simply Comfy is in a lower section of our split level home and although we are quiet, there is potential for some noise. (Sound of foot steps, water running, etc) **The mechanical closet is also in Simply Comfy so there is sound from the heating unit in the winter when in use. **The walkway to Simply Comfy is gravel and stone pavers so please watch your footing.
