The space The two bedroom apartment sits above Bert's Bar & Grill, beautifully positioned by the lakefront on Lake Drive. Guests will have access to free parking in the spacious parking lot, and their own private entrance on the side of the building. Guests will retrieve keys from a lock-box for easy check-in anytime. Guests will use keys to enter through the side door, which opens up to a staircase they will take up to their private upstairs apartment. The guests common space is very cozy with fireplace, a big couch, separate arm chairs and access to a few kitchen amenities. There is a mini fridge, microwave and coffee bar. The two bedrooms are spacious, with comfortable beds, ample storage, and lots of natural light! The bathroom is brand new, with easy stackable laundry access. Guests also have delicious food and beverages at their fingertips downstairs, what more could one ask for!? Guest access Guests have full 24 hour access to their own private apartment. Guests can also go downstairs (through the front, public entrance) and access Bert's Bar & Grill anytime during their operating hours! Sunday 3PM - 2AM Monday - CLOSED Tuesday-Saturday 3PM - 2AM ***Please note - kitchen closes at 9PM. Guests who will be staying upstairs, and might be concerned about noise, or bar staying open until 2AM - Noise is minimal upstairs! The music is not played super loud, and because it is a neighborhood bar, it does not get rowdy or out of control like some bars might. It is also very rare that bar stays open until 2AM. Most nights Paul closes early, especially on week days. Other things to note Apartment is set above neighborhood bar and restaurant - this means that best suited guests for this listing are not super light sleepers, young children, or people looking for a very quiet, serene setting.
