Beach Home, Upscale Croatan Resort + Private Pool

This spacious Atlantic Ocean view beach home is breathtaking. Only a two minute walk to the private beach area in the Upscale Croatan neighborhood. Beautiful Atlantic ocean, boardwalk views, and the inlet from decks. Pool and grill in backyard and a grill off third floor kitchen deck entrance. Quest Review below: Our family enjoyed a great vacation recently while staying at Beverly's wonderful home. The house is much larger and more beautiful than it appears in the online pictures. Our family of eleven had plenty of room with the four bedrooms and the spacious open floor plan of the living room/dining room/kitchen. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and dishware when eating in and there are many restaurants nearby to choose from when dining out. Two grills are available for use. Our entire family, especially the grandchildren, enjoyed the private pool. The many decks provide views of the nearby ocean, and the fireworks, or to enjoy listening to the music from the nearby bands in the evening. The serene private beach is a short five-minute walk up the quiet street. The many attractions that Virginia Beach has to offer are just a short drive away. I would, without hesitation, recommend Beverly's home for those looking for a beautiful beach vacation home. Beverly is a wonderful host and is responsive to any questions or concerns. The house is in the greatest location and in a private upscale neighborhood. You are within a three-minute walk to the private beach with lifeguards. The boardwalk and many restaurants are less than a five-minute drive from the house. Many kids' attractions, such as Ocean Breeze and the aquarium, are also less than a five-minute drive from the house. The pool located in the backyard is so much fun for children. Guest access You have access to the entire house. There is a roof deck and pool. This is our vacation home. We do not live in our vacation home year round. The home is located in an upscale neighborhood with homeowners and families. During the peak summer months of June, July, and August our home rents WEEKLY from Saturday to Saturday--7 nights. However, during the first two week in June we will consider 4- 5 night rentals ( 6-1 to 6-15). Check-in time is at 3:00 P.M. on Saturday and Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. on the following Saturday morning. When booking you will see the Saturday date is shaded as unavailable. Please disregard the shaded date and include those dates for the dates you want to book your stay. Every Saturday a family is either checking out at 10:00 A.M. or checking in at 3:00 P.M. Check -in and check out times are always the same during the summer months and the Saturdays are shaded. You are able to book your Saturday dates without any problems. Check in and check out times for rentals less than 7 nights have the same check in times as 3:00 P.M and check-out is 10:00 A.M. However, if I do not have a guest checking in on the day you are scheduled to depart you may have a later check out time. Please check with me to see if I have guest checking in. During the weekly rentals from June 15 to early September it’s unlikely that you will get an earlier check out time. Other things to note During the peak summer season, the house rents for 7 nights during the last two weeks in June, the month of July and August 2020. Our weekly rentals start on Saturdays and end the following Saturday. SSID is the network name
