Carson House is a quirky & rambling vintage 1920s home just on the south edge of Downtown Tulsa in historic Riverview. Walk to CRYBABY HILL. It's a 7 minute Uber/Bike to Gathering Place & EVERYTHING downtown- BOK Center, Tulsa Arts District, Guthrie Green & ROUTE 66. The house is big, cozy, comfortable & TOTALLY IMPERFECT & there is literally nothing square in the joint...but it's an easy house to enjoy, in a fantastic neighborhood with a big red front porch & excellent rocking chairs! The space The Carson house is a rambling 2800 SF 3 bedrooms with 2 full and 2 half baths. It's a old 20s charmer and it's full of 20s quirks. If you are looking for cookie cutter perfection, this is probably not your home. It's a little mismatched in places but if you want a friendly & comfortable & charming & cool space....this is pretty great! Guest access This home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full & 1 half bath on the Second Floor. There are two living rooms downstairs, a dining room and a kitchen. Guests may use the kitchen appliances as they wish! There are pots and pans and glassware & dishes. There is not a dishwasher but there are sponges and dish soap so that you can clean your dishes after use...or you may supply your own disposable dishes if you don't feel like doing dishes! Other things to note City of Tulsa Permit: STR20-00033 We love them, but this home is NOT suitable for children, infants or anyone under 18. No exceptions please. All parking is Street....either side of Carson Avenue. Wifi Smart TV (Feel free to move the tv wherever you wish to watch) Please enjoy the porch but note to be mindful of the neighbors and keep the noise level down from 11 pm- 8am. Please do all dishes prior to check out. Gather all trash and take it out to the trash can in the backyard. Laundry is onsite. Please be mindful of energy conservation...turn of unused lights and turn down thermostats when you will be offsite. Please put all used towels in the bathtub.
