Hotel style room with private entry in forested Mt Bachelor Village Resort on the westside of Bend. Quick access to hiking, biking, the river trail, Old Mill district, Mt Bachelor, and many restaurants and breweries. It's a nice walk or bike ride to the Old Mill district and 2.5 miles from downtown Bend. The beautiful Deschutes River Trail is just down the hill from our unit-great for that morning walk or jog! The space This is a 250 sq ft first floor unit with private entry in a River Ridge B unit. It is very similar to a hotel room with one queen bed (new Sealy Medium Hybrid mattress November 2020), desk, tv (for streaming and local channels), bathroom with tub/shower, mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. There are two large windows that face into the cul-de-sac. This is a very quiet area with access to the beautiful Deschutes River Trail. Guest access You will have a keycard to gain entry to the pool and hot tub. There is also a firepit and a BBQ at the pool area. Please note that Mt Bachelor Village Resort has exclusive amenities ONLY available to people who book through the resort (Meredith Lodging). These amenities are NOT included when booking an airbnb: Concierge service, Free bicycle use, Business center, Game room, Laundry room, Gym. If you would like a higher level of service and immediate action if an issue arises, I would recommend you book through the resort. Other things to note We occasionally get asked to make an exception to our no pets policy. This will always be a no as River Ridge HOA forbids pets on property. If you ignore this and bring a pet, you will be asked to leave immediately, no refund will be made, and a $200 fee will be charged.
