Up one more flight of stairs is the expansive and private rooftop deck. Stunning views of the city and the mountains make this the spot to be - while an outdoor sectional, gas fire pit and soft ambient light allow you to enjoy the magical space from day to night. You will have access to the entire 4 story townhouse (except for a few owner’s closets). I will be off site during your stay but available via text, phone or email for anything you might need. Located right in the middle of LoHi, the hottest spot in town! You will be within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and bars (Avanti, Linger, Root Down, Williams & Graham, Little Man Ice Cream) and minutes away from all the major stadiums (Pepsi Center, Broncos Stadium, Coors Field). A quick Lyft/Uber ride will put all of Denver's hippest areas within easy reach: $6-$10 to LoDo, Uptown, & South Broadway; Cherry Creek is only about 20 minutes away. With easy access to the highway, this is perfect spot to start or end your Mountain Getaway. The house is about 30 - 45 minutes from Denver International Airport. Rideshare options are readily available at all times of the day (Lyft/Uber). There are 2 bike rental stations (Denver BCycle) within a couple blocks and various scooters out for rent. You will be less than a mile from Union Station, Denver's new public transportation hub. You can take the Light Rail to/from DIA, catch the Ski Train to Winter Park or easily access any of the city's other major transportation options. If you have a car, there is free on-street parking throughout the neighborhood. Please pay attention to signage indicating Street Sweeping (April - Nov), time limits and handicap designations to avoid getting a ticket. A trio of pedestrian bridges connect LoHi with downtown Denver as well creating a multitude of options for getting around. Denver's 16th Street Mall is pedestrian only and there is a free mall ride shuttle running continuously.
