Welcome to the Wolff Den Bungalow—a family friendly two-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment nestled in the Northside neighborhood of Corning, NY, complete with a scenic open balcony, shared partially fenced yard, and onsite parking. We are minutes from historic Market Street with local arts, shopping, restaurants, museums, breweries, Tag's and more. We are a fifteen-minute drive to the Elmira/Corning regional airport, and a half-hour from the Finger Lakes and wineries. The space This spacious apartment is located on the second story above the property’s detached garage and includes two bedrooms—each with a queen size bed and hardwood bed frame. The living room includes two futon couches for extra space. The living room is equipped with a 46” LED TV. Access to Apple TV, Netflix, and Amazon is available. The full kitchen is equipped with cutlery, cookware, toaster, microwave, oven, refrigerator, washer and dryer, paper towels, Keurig, and wine opener. The bathroom has towels, hand towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and local handmade soaps provided. The apartment has an open balcony with outdoor seating, gas grill, and scenic views of the surrounding hills and neighborhood. If you are bringing little ones—just let us know. A high chair, baby gate, and pack-n-play are available upon request. Guest access Guest will have access to the whole apartment and outdoor open balcony space. If you'd rather stay in and relax, our spot is perfect for that too. We have a hammock and plenty of patio chairs for relaxing on the bottom level of the balcony.
