Private Loft With Sport Court

Our property is on a private and secure flag lot. We seldom use the front yard or front door and the only shared space is the sport court. Please note that the bathroom/laundry area is on the main floor and a spiral staircase takes you up to the studio loft living area. Find out more about our town by searching Silverton Chamber>visitor The space The main house is divided by a very thick wall from the Sport Court / Loft area so you won’t have to worry about making a little noise and having some fun! Please note that the bathroom/laundry area is on the main floor and a spiral staircase takes you up to the studio loft living area. In addition, We are on a flag lot which is very private and secure. Located very close to the reservoir and the historic town center. Dogs are allowed in a crate upstairs, no crate is required downstairs. We very firmly do not allow dogs on the furniture, and because of allergies we cannot allow cats. Guest access You will have access to the fenced front yard and a reserved parking spot. The bathroom, utility room and apartment are private. The Sport Court is the only shared area and if you desire that it be made private for your visit, we can often times arrange that. We will allow you to bring your well behaved dog but it will only have un-crated access to the first floor utility / bathroom area. Other things to note We invested in one of the most comfortable Tempur-pedic memory foam adjustable firmness beds ever made, the hide a bed also features a very high-quality, comfortable memory foam mattress. For sleeping area privacy we have a floor to ceiling curtain that divides the room. You can stream on the smart TV and we have basic cable services.
