Newly remodeled home located in the popular Mosswood neighborhood, next to Temescal. 10 min walk to Sprouts Farmers Market, Boutiques & Restaurants on Piedmont Ave and MacArthur Bart Station.(to San Francisco easily) 10 min drive to Lake Merritt, Downtown Oakland and Oakland Chinatown. The space We are in the Mosswood neighborhood next to Temescal. Our space can accommodate 3 people. It's super clean and modern. Other things to note Please note that there is no parking spot on the property. The neighborhood has Two Hour Street Parking from 8 AM to 6 PM and Street Cleaning on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month, and on the second and fourth Monday of the month (across the street) from 9 AM to 12 PM. Please check signs for further details.
