Cute PB Beach House with Yard & Private Hot Tub

Sweet little beach house in the local's favorite neighborhood of North PB! Two bedroom house with AC, its own yard, parking, hot tub, and private outdoor area! A perfect getaway for small families, friends, couples, or anyone looking for a unique stay in San Diego. The space This 700 sq ft beach house has been updated with a new kitchen and bathroom, but still has its original old school beach cottage wood floor and feel. The home is on a shared property, like most everything in PB, but is fully fenced and private from the other house on the lot. Each bedroom has a new 12" memory foam mattress on a modern platform bed with individually controlled AC units for the hot summer days. The backyard is fully fenced and has its own Jacuzzi hot tub, turf, and shaded table. The garage even has a full size washer and dryer to use while you're here. All in all I've tried to set this house up with everything I'd want for a stay in San Diego. In case anything comes up during your stay I live on site in the other house on the lot so I'm usually very reachable to help out.
