Mountain Top House "The Margarita"

This is a one bedroom house with sleeper couch. The Margarita has a Spanish décor and was built in the 1970's, and sets as the 3rd highest house in Phoenix with views of the Valley of the Sun. Very private, great location, patios and decks and a hot tub that sets beneath a several hundred year old Saguaros. A special place! Also we offer some add-ons, such as Stock the Fridge and Decorating. See under "Interaction with guest". The space The Margarita is one of four houses we have on Sunset Mountain. Two one bedrooms, one two bedroom and a studio. Great for a family reunion or wedding. All are single family residents! All have private hot tubs and great views. Guest access This is a single family home, that overlooks the valley. Gorgeous views from a top the mountain Other things to note The road to the Margarita, which is the 3rd highest house so far in Phoenix involves 3 switchbacks (turns) to arrive. Non busy single lane drive up. Living in Arizona in the desert you could be confronted with Lizards, Coyotes, snakes, scorpions, spiders, javelinas, and other desert life. As this is common for Arizona you need to make yourself aware. There is always the possibility of this occurring outside and possibly inside our homes, however this is rare.
