Welcome to our newly remodeled and modern-living garden level apartment! Complete with a great living room, 1 bedroom, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a well-stocked bathroom!
The entire building has just been remodeled! This listing is a one-bedroom/one-bath unit with a private entrance in the hallway and is in the lower/garden level of the building. Stainless steel appliances and individually controlled electric baseboard heating for each room makes this unit incredibly comfortable and perfect for your visit to Colorado Springs!
BEDROOM:
The bedroom has a relaxing feel with style. The queen sized mattress is incredibly comfortable and topped with luxury white sheets and bedding.
LIVING ROOM:
Enjoy the 55” 4k Roku Smart TV with built-in Wi-Fi so you can pick up streaming your favorite shows where you left off at home! There is also a queen-sized pull out sofa with a mattress for additional guests.
KITCHEN:
Fully loaded and ready for cooking, the kitchen has everything you need from pizza cutters to cooking oils and spices. Enjoy fresh coffee every morning from our Keurig stocked with coffee pods and creamer in the fridge!
BATHROOM:
The full bathroom is equipped with all standard toiletries and features a hairdryer, makeup removal wipes, and even emergency feminine products.
LAUNDRY:
We have a communal laundry room with very nice and complimentary washer and dryers for you to catch up on laundry during your stay.

We are happy to accommodate long term stays too! This apartment is just a couple blocks from UC Memorial Hospital and The Olympic Training Center!

We are located on the north side of Memorial Park with incredible views of Cheyenne Mountain, the Memorial Park Skate Park, and Volleyball Courts.

You can walk, bike and scooter around to downtown Colorado Springs!
