Guest access This is a private suite above detached garage. There is no shared space. Other things to note Must park in street. This is a quiet neighborhood so please be respectful to neighbors. If you must smoke you can on the deck but please dispose of butts properly. Garbage can be placed in trash under stairs. Please do not put garbage in neighbors cans.
