Welcome to the Cedar House and Southern hospitality! Our renovated bungalow is sparkling clean and in a quiet, safe historic district within walking distance of all downtown Greenville has to offer. The space The space has a bright modern farmhouse style with hardwood floors throughout. Bedrooms have new mattresses with memory foam toppers and luxury bedding. The kitchen is brand new with sleek and modern appliances – full size fridge with icemaker, dishwasher, oven/stove - antique farm sink, and quartz counter-tops. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials: dishware, cookware, olive oil, salt, pepper, and Keurig for coffee/tea (hot & iced). The Roku TV has YouTube Tv, Netflix (use your own account), ESPN, and streaming stations. There is plenty of parking for two cars. We utilize a keyless entry system, making check-in seamless. We will consider hosting your small dogs (max 2) with a $25/pet/night non-refundable deposit. There is a fenced in yard. Other things to note There is only room for two cars in driveway. Please make sure to ask if you can bring your pet when requesting a reservation. If you check in and have not paid the required pet $25/day/pet you will be asked to immediately pay the pet fee and an additional $50 penalty or you will be asked to leave without a refund.
