Brand new 1 bedroom apartment complete set up for coupleONLY or small family of 3.the perfect place for celebration a special moment,relax whit your love one and make memories.right in the center of Destin 1 minute drive to the public beach,2 minute drive to the harbor walk village..flower, cards, wine is available for surprise ,( just ask me) NO SMOKERS OR PARTYING INSIDE MY PLACE.please read other details to note!DU NOT BRING EXTRA FRIEND INSIDE and read OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE The space Private, clean, everything you will need.this place is for couple only(2 people) no pets, no screaming kids and NO STRESS.video camera in the parking and hallway!no pets or smoke inside my place!respect my neighbors and the quiet time from 10 pm till 9 am! Other people live in the building Guest access Laundromat in the complex, 2 pool open all day. Other things to note Surveillance camera in the parking lot, walkway and gate.I live next door.i know this town very very well.ask me about restaurant or place to go at any time.DU NOT BRING EXTRA FRIEND OR EXTRA GUEST INSIDE MY PLACE!!!no pets! To be clear, this is a multi family building, and I have NO CONTROL over the behavior of the neighbors. If they cook, party or smoke, there’s nothing I can do about it. Also, if Wi-Fi doesn’t work because of maintenance, outages, or weather related problem, there’s nothing I can do.
