Only 10 mins walking distance to BART and 30 min drive to SF. Our guests are welcome to enjoy the house, the comfortable and quiet room and the shared areas, which include the kitchen, (full coffee bar) living room and dining room. Come and go as you please while staying over, you will have a key to the house to use. During your stay feel free to turn on the heater or ask me and I'll turn it on for you. There is also an extra blanket on the closet. Our home is a 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, only one of the bedrooms is advertised with Airbnb. Our master bedroom is on the second floor, so we welcome late nights check in. Just let us know so we can leave front lights on for you. Please turn them off when you enter the house. One of the rooms is a living room/ office that we use most of the time, this room will not be shared. Also, we are a smoke free house. Guests will have access to living room, dinning room and kitchen, note that this areas will also be shared. Feel free to use the kitchen to cook, also we have a mini coffee bar with: Nespresso, tea, regular coffee brewer and madelines. We are very friendly people and we'll be happy to talk to and give advice to all guests - but if you want you're privacy, we understand that too. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, we are in the Laurel Park, one block away from El Cerrito, CA We are just a 10 minute walk from the BART Station, "El Cerrito del Norte" and it's 40 min train ride into downtown San Francisco and 30 min driving time. For those driving, we are 2 minutes from the I-80 freeway and 4 min from the I-580 freeway. You can park on the streets, except during sweeping schedule, which is the 4th Tuesday and Wednesday of the month. There is always a lot of parking, but if you are planning to arrive late, let me know and you can park in the driveway. We are a NON SMOKER family. Please do not book this AIRBNB if you smoke. My daughters are very sensitivity to the smell. Thank you.
