The space This spacious 3,500 sq ft single-story home features high ceilings, a pool and spa, and a 75" smart TV in the living room, with four additional WiFi-enabled TVs with DVD players in the bedrooms. The open living and dining areas include a breakfast table with three bar chairs and an eight-person dining table that comfortably accommodates up to ten guests. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee machine, all necessary appliances, cookware, and more. The expansive yard is filled with mango and coconut palm trees, and features a charming outdoor fireplace surrounded by tall pines. An additional six-person dining table is located on the patio. The property is fully fenced with a private automatic gate and ample parking. Central AC and heat ensure year-round comfort. What's Available The entire house is available for you and your guests, with the exception of the garage. Relax by the pool, enjoy the outdoor gazebo and patio with a large TV and board games, or gather around the propane BBQ. Pool and spa heating is available for $69 per day. The pool heater works based on the outdoor air temperature. During colder weather or cold snaps, heating performance may be limited. Higher temperatures 86°F+ cause chlorine to dissipate faster, requiring more frequent chemical maintenance and extra fees. Location This secluded property offers privacy while remaining just 20 miles (approximately 30 minutes) from major attractions, beaches, shopping, and Clematis Street. Ideal for families, business groups, or friends who want to gather in spacious common areas while still enjoying their own private space. Pet-friendly with a non-refundable $150 fee per pet. The home is fully furnished and equipped for self-catering. We recommend bringing: extra toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher and laundry detergent, soap, and shampoo.
