The kitchen is fully equipped, keurig coffee machine, all necessary appliances, kitchen ware, and more. The huge yard is filled with mango trees and coconut palm trees. There is a nice fire place outside surrounded by beautiful tall pines. Another dining table for 6 on the patio. The property is fully fenced, has a private automatic gate, and plenty of parking. It has central AC and Heat. The entire house is available for you and your family, except garage. Enjoy your time relaxing by the pool or entertain on the outdoor patio with big TV and board games. Pool/spa heating is available for $69/day. Propane BBQ. Secluded property for privacy but just 20 miles (30 minutes) to all major areas and attractions.
