Welcome to our home away from home! You’ll love our condo for its beautiful views and easy access to the mountain. Inside is a stylishly appointed home, a building hot tub, ski locker room, dog wash, and a ski tune table. We're just a short walk to the slopes or ride the free bus—5 minutes to the mountain or 15 minutes to America's last great ski town! We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. We love enjoying a warm cup of coffee on the porch in the morning and taking in the fantastic view. You'll have access to our full condo plus all building amenities to include: ski locker room, bike/ski tune station, hot tub, grill area, dog wash station, and the on-site (free!) city and ski mountain bus stop. Our condo has free high-speed wifi, Netflix, Hulu, Roku TV, a DVD player, extra linens, towels for the hot tub, a well-equipped kitchen, Pack 'n Play crib, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, washer, dryer, and more. We pride ourselves on providing a comfortable, enjoyable, and easy experience. I won't be available in person, but I am always available to answer questions sent through Airbnb. My team works to keep the properties in great condition, and we have a fantastic network of local service providers that are able to resolve any issues you encounter. The Timbers building was renovated in 2016 to provide high-quality condos with easy access to the ski mountain. The building includes a bus stop for the free city bus, hot tub, grill area, ski lockers, dog wash station, and bike/ski tune area along with covered bike storage. The Timbers is a comfortable place from which to launch your many adventures in and around Crested Butte. Crested Butte offers a free city bus that picks up right outside the back door of The Timbers building and drops off riders in Mountaineer Square (to access the ski mountain) as well as at multiple stops in downtown Crested Butte along Elk Avenue. We provide one parking spot for guest use but it is very easy to get around town without a car from our condo building. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $130 pet fee. Two dogs maximum. This rental sleeps six guests. On-street/Town right-of-way parking is NOT allowed in the Town of Mt. Crested Butte. We provide one parking pass for use in our building lot. Additional vehicles will need to park in one of the paid lots in Crested Butte or Mt Crested Butte.
