This is the entire basement suite of our Mount Rainier home — a fully private space with its own entrance, kitchen area, full bathroom, bedroom, and living room. You'll have everything you need to settle in, work, or sleep off a long day of touring DC. We're in a calm art district half a mile from the DC line, with on-site parking — a genuine rarity in this market — and easy access to the Metro and bus (half a block). Free street parking is available right out front (please park on the same side as the other cars). We live upstairs and stay out of your way — but we're easy to reach by message or text if you need anything at all. Other things to note This is a basement suite beneath our occupied home, so the noise level is comparable to living in an apartment — you may hear occasional footsteps, voices, or the patter of our two dogs (Maya and Karma) upstairs.
