Walking distance to several restaurants, grocery stores, post office, park. Guest access Laundry machines available for guests who stay long term-minimum 28 days, Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No smoking on property allowed, smoking area is at the end of my driveway. Quiet time from 9pm till 6am No parties allowed. No pets allowed. No unregistered guests on property.
