The space Contemporary comfort designed with a nod to vintage and to Montreal itself, this newly refurbished large one bedroom apartment on the first floor has a spacious bedroom with queen bed and quality, comfy new linen. Retro bathroom with full deep bathtub, large entrance vestibule, hardwood floors throughout. Extra guests will love the large living room space under its charming archway, where you'll find the multi-purpose double sized comfortable sofa bed. There is a Smart LED TV with hdmi cable to connect to your laptop. The kitchen features a table with 4 chairs, long counter top and all amenities, with a direct access to our large outdoor terrace. If you can resist the temptation to eat out in this neighbourhood, the kitchen comes well equipped with a large fridge, gas stove / range and microwave, plus all your cooking and food basics so you don't have to run out and buy too many staples. Toiletries are also provided. Local favourite Segal grocery store is virtually around the corner, as are restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, foreign exchange counters, liquor/beer stores, clothing boutiques, parks and lots more, just steps away. Bixi bike stands are nearby for biking enthusiasts, and if not using the underground metro, the #55 bus stops in front of the building. There is a large terrace right off the kitchen that is shared with the neighbours. You have your own private table and chairs to use at your leisure. Hi-speed wifi internet is always available, and your host is only a phone call or text message away should you require any assistance during your stay. Other things to note Due to the apartment's lively location, there is potential for some noise. The unit is on the second floor, accessible by one straight staircase. Check-in time is any time after 4 pm. Check-out time is any time before 11 am. Private parking is $25 per night during the week and $30 per night on weekends. Parking must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability. We do not allow smoking and pets; breaking this rule will incur a $250 fine. Smoking is permitted on the roof terrasse. The use of an ashtray is required as we do not want cigarette butts anywhere. Parties or events are not allowed in our locations. Please conserve electricity by shutting off lights when not required. There is no cable, but there is a smart tv to connect to your personal Netflix account. An hdmi cable is supplied for hookup to tv if required. While there is no laundry in the apartment, a laundromat is just a block away on avenue Duluth. We also have a washer and dryer in the building but you will have to enter by another business to access it in the basement. Don't be shy to ask questions!
