Guest suite in North Charleston

Our in-law suite is nestled in the treetops, adjacent to a lovely little park. The suite is furnished with essentials for your stay: coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave (no stove) with towels and linens provided. We're centrally located in North Charleston's hip Park Circle neighborhood, full of shopping, dining, breweries and entertainment. Less than 15 minutes to the airport, 20 minutes to historic downtown Charleston, 5 minutes to the N. Charleston Coliseum and Tanger Outlets. The space Independent entrance to the guest house. Plenty of free street parking or you may park in the driveway behind the carport. Guest access The in-law suite is separate from our living space with it's own entrance. It is located above our detached garage. We have a small garden area that guests may use and we are also surrounded by neighborhood parks for everyone's enjoyment. Other things to note Kitchenette does not have a stove. It has mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, rice maker, and blender House Rules: - No pets of any kind allowed in guest house or on premises - Absolutely no Smoking or vaping of any kind in guest house or on premises - No drugs in guest house or on premises - No guns or weapons in guest house or on premises - Children and infants are welcome, but guest house is not baby/toddler proofed - Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7am. We have two small children. Please limit noise after 8pm. - No parties - No additional overnight guests - Check out is before 11:00 AM - Check in is after 3:00 PM or later
