The Cottage is a 1949 cottage located end of a rural road. It has all the necessities to make your stay comfortable and relaxing. You can warm up next to the newly installed pellet stove or drink a hot cup of coffee from the Keurig. DVD, Blu-ray, cable and wifi are available. We are a small, family owned historic farm and we lovingly raise a variety of animals including chickens, horses, rabbits, pheasants, quail and mini-donkeys. Visit our website; BaxterBarn .org for more information The space The cottage itself has two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the 2nd with a bunk bed with a trundle bed (sleeps 3) that shares a space with the washer and dryer. It has a full bathroom, fully stocked kitchen and we have provided many amenities to make your stay comfortable including coffee and creamer, Wifi, DVD/Blu-Ray player, and patio with barbecue. Guest access Because it’s a working farm expect farm nosies. We ask that you stay upfront. Tours by appointment $8 per person. Available only for guest you can see the farm while we feed around 6pm.
