Beryl’s Bungalow ‘A Pet Friendly’ Beauty

Beryl’s Bungalow is a private Studio apartment adjacent to our shop across from our house. As guests you will enjoy Privacy, plenty of parking, beautiful views of mountains & creek. The bungalow is pet friendly:) We are 20-30 minutes from everything Springfield/Eugene. I am a University of Oregon Alum and former Duck Athlete. We Follow our Ducks faithfully and enjoy meeting fans of our opponents:) The space We are an easy 20-30 minutes from all locations in the Springfield and Eugene area. (Autzen, UofO campus, LCC, Matt Knight Arena, Hult Center, etc.) There is a small market and restaurant (Marcola Road House—Great Food) just 5 minutes away. The private studio apartment is adjacent to our shop, which is located across the compound from our house. *WI-FI available in studio and surrounding property. Queen Bed hide-a-bed sofa (Cots available upon request) You will have access to much of the property, 2 fire pits, and beautiful views. We are dog friendly and have a large, in/out barn, secure, dog run for your 4-legged if you are planning to attend an event and need to leave them safely behind. We share the property with 2 llamas, hens, rooster "Rick", a couple of ducks, a pair of mousers, and our Bernese Mountain Dog, Booker. Booker is a gigantic happy puppy. He is friendly and enthusiastic, he will be secured upon your arrival, so he can meet you calmly after you get settled. *Upon your arrival, you will find a booklet containing information about the Bungalow and property. *The Bungalow is an approximately 600 square foot studio with a full kitchen and large (disabled accessible) bathroom. There is a semi-covered attached deck. *The studio is furnished with a recliner, sofa, reading chair, and unique 4 person dining table. *There is a 55 inch smart TV connected to our Dish network. *Enjoy the electric fireplace *Full kitchen equipped to accommodate any meal with a Microwave, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, dishes, silverware, pots, pans, rice cooker, and many other items that you might need during your stay. *There is a combination Pod/Drip coffee maker available. As well as a French Press and electric hot water pot. *there is a small clothes washer available. (hang to dry only) *The attached deck is approximately 160 feet and has a table and chairs to seat four. *A propane grill provided upon request. *there is plenty of parking and enough room to park and/or turn around a trailer. *There are extra towels and linens, as well as toiletries if you are traveling light or forgot something back home. *Please feel free to ask us if there is something particular that you may need for your reservation. *Please inquire for further information Guest access *During the warmer months, there are two large fire pits to enjoy. *We will provide the firewood. *you will have access to two large pastures, a year-round creek, multiple places to sit, relax, and enjoy:) *Plenty of parking and privacy. Other things to note Booker T is our large, happy Bernese Mountain Dog. If out and about, he will meet you at the bridge and guide you in:) He has access to the property and will visit you often for treats and ear scratches. If you have a dog that is non-dog and/or people-friendly. PLEASE communicate with me Prior to your arrival. *Dogs without adequate recall must be leashed at all times. *Just FYI, we have a large, (sometimes noisy--Rooster "Rick"), entertaining, Chicken/Duck yard. It is enclosed, so no worries about dog-bird interaction ;)
