The Heirloom Room — Private Room on Farm

Private room in shared space -->LGBTQ+ friendly 80 acre horse and cattle farm, this home has a beautiful modern farmhouse vibe. Just 30mins from Dollywood and pigeon forge, and 20mins from downtown Knoxville. Private room with two full beds. Close enough to the city to enjoy attractions with the privilege of staying out of the “hustle and bustle.” Guests are welcome to walk around the farm, pet the horses and take in the gorgeous and peaceful country scenery. The space Room is equipped with a mini fridge, tons of board games in the hall closet! and a game room downstairs. *12 steps to get to room! Kitchen is not available for guest use. Guest access Farm access: the first Sunday of every month there is a Youth Rodeo ON PROPERTY. All guests get FREE admission! Washer and dryer available on property. Kitchen is not available for guest use. Other things to note This is a private room with shared spaces. The shared spaces include the game room, (pool table/ping pong table, dart board, board games, etc.) and living area with tv (Netflix and Hulu available). The bathroom is also shared with one other room that is Airbnb’d. My dog, Jack(toy poodle), and my cat, Ellie, share the common area. With this being said if you have any dog/cat allergies (even though we keep everything spotless) you might want to reconsider booking.
