Cottage built on our residential property. Ideal for weekends and stays in all seasons. In a quiet environment, in the countryside on the Causse, the garden studio located in the town of Issendolus and close to the best known tourist sites: Relax in this quiet and elegant accommodation. You will be seduced by its comfort, calm, and very functional layout. (Please note that linens and towels are not provided) The space the 35 m2 accommodation is completely new as well as its furnishings. At the entrance you will have the living room, fully equipped functional kitchen and living room with a 140 x 190 convertible sofa equipped with a real mattress and a piece of furniture for your personal belongings and a TV. A small bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed and two nightstands with lamps, an equipped closet (shelves, wardrobes, and hangers) and a radiator. In the hallway you will have access to the separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower, sink, electric towel dryer and three shelves for your toiletries. The PVC windows are equipped with tilt-and-turn opening. Water softener for better water quality and reversible air conditioning for the entire area of the cabin. On the 33 m2 and 21 m2 terrace covered by a pergola backed by the accommodation you will have a table and 4 chairs. Warning: the room is too small to accommodate a crib or a baby bed. Guest access Access will be in the parking lot of our home where a space is reserved for you. A driveway has been created so that you can safely access the accommodation day or night. Other things to note A HOT TUB is on the terrace but is not open for the period of December, January and February. towels and sheets are not provided and are extra if needed. Maintenance and cleaning products are also at your expense.
