This studio comes equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker and toaster oven as well as plates, glasses and utensils. It also has a mini washer/dryer combo. It sits above a shared 2 car garage with one designated space for guests. The space Shared 2 car garage. One space designated for the studio apartment. The only free parking is on Milton St and Cumber St. When using the garage please only occupy one space as it is shared with my other rental. The unmarked spots to the left and across from the garage on Corporation Alley are private property. Please do not park there. Registration Details 45485
