The Twin Elks @ Bear Lake is located at the top of a private gated community, The Reserve, in Fish Haven, ID. This estate sits on 7+ acres and sleeps 30 with 6200 sq feet, 7 bedrooms, and 5.5 bathrooms. The Twin Elks is the perfect choice for your family gathering, romantic getaway, relaxing retreat, or horsepower headquarters. This home boasts epic lake views, alpine surroundings, direct Trail Access, sand volleyball court, kids play-set, neighborhood pool, hot tub, and private beach access. The space The Twin Elks is best suited for family and friend gatherings. If you are looking to host a youth group, church group, or other commercial event, please book a different property. Guest access As a guest to the Twin Elks @ Bear Lake, you will have access to the entire home, less garage and owners access. Additionally, you have have access to all of the amenities provided by the Reserve. Access to The Reserve is through a gate, requiring an entry code. The home is located at the top of the neighborhood, and the clubhouse with pools and amenities is located at the entrance (about a mile away). The private beach is located about 2.6 miles from the home. A key fob is required for entry to the private beach, clubhouse, pools, and sports courts. The nearest major airport is Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC / KSLC), which has international and domestic flights and is 130 miles from the Twin Elks @ Bear Lake (about 2.5 hours drive). In the winter, a 4x4 vehicle is recommended to access the Twin Elks @ Bear Lake. Car rentals should be made with this in mind. Other things to note DETAILED ROOM DESCRIPTIONS: PLEASE NOTE: Bunkbeds currently not pictured. Currently being installed and will be present prior to your stay. - MAIN LEVEL - Sleeps 2 people in beds The main level features a full kitchen, dining room, living room with TV, panoramic deck overlooking the Lake, half bath, laundry room, and the Primary bedroom + bathroom (sleeps 2). - UPSTAIRS - Sleeps 24 people in beds The upstairs features five bedrooms and two shared full bathrooms. The Elk bedroom has one king bed and features a private third floor balcony. The second bedroom has a king bed + one set of bunk beds. The Bear bedroom has one king bed + one set of bunk beds and features a private third flood balcony. The Bull bedroom has a king bed + one set of bunk beds. The Bonus bedroom has three king beds + two sets of bunk beds. - BASEMENT - Sleeps 4 people in beds The downstairs has a kitchenette with game table seating six, rec room with foosball and ping pong, family room with large couch + TV, access to basement patio with BBQ grill, and the Moose bedroom with private ensuite bathroom with one king bed + one set of bunk beds. There is also an additional shared full bathroom downstairs. All Linens/Pillows for Beds are included. Linens/Pillows for Floor Sleeping Mats are not included. White towels provided are for cabin use only and not to be taken to the pool or beach. Lost towels will incur a fee. Guest must provide beach/pool towels and extra pillow cases for spare pillows. All weddings must be pre-approved by Twin Elks Owners and/or Manager. Weddings will incur an additional $1000 fee. Failure to gain owner approval prior to your wedding will incur an additional $250 penalty for a total fee of $1250. Failure to understand these fees does not constitute reason for cancellation. Max occupancy must not be violated. Any additional daytime visitors (outside of the max 30 occupancy) must depart by 10pm. Wedding rentals (benches, tables, chairs, arches, pergolas) can be arranged with Hosts for additional fees. The Twin Elks has exterior security cameras that record all sides of the property. These cameras are able to view only public and/common areas.
